Research Interests:

My research has focused on role and influence of culture in agricultural education. My recent work has investigated models of agricultural education for urban schools students. In particular, I examined how agricultural education traditions and practices can encourage and/or discourage urban student interest and engagement in agricultural education. My future research will also focus on the outcomes of agricultural literacy programs.
