The Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics
is a regional and national leader in theoretical and applied research
in the fields of Agricultural Business and Marketing Economics,
Agricultural Production and Finance Economics, International
Development Economics, and Natural Resource and Environmental
Economics. We are actively engaged in the profession at the regional,
national, and international level through organizations such as WAEA,
AAEA, AERE, and EAERE, and encourage our graduate students to
participate in these groups' annual meetings.
